In 1846 London, Sweeney Todd, a prosperous barber, remains tormented by the memory of his parents’ demise caused by a ruthless judge. One night, he encounters Mrs. Lovett, a local baker who has also been wronged by the same judge and his corrupt network. Together, they devise a sinister plan to break the chain of abuse and exploitation. Mrs. Lovett takes the lead in their quest for gruesome vengeance.
