After being laid off, Jeremy, the head of a family with teenage kids, opts to relocate to rural Georgia to assist his eccentric grandfather. Grandpa Vinny has unwisely bought a dilapidated nursing home and is completely overwhelmed. However, the situation takes a humorous turn when Mr. Brown and Cora arrive just in time as desperate investors.
